		<description>I'm a mom with a grown son . . . But you know, even though I'm not trying to teach a child to be organized, I guess we never stop trying to be organized even as adults.  I really liked your article.  It gives me the incentive to start over to do goal setting instead of scheduling my life . . . I've tried before, but I don't believe that I've tried putting the short-term goals or "steps" into place.  Thank you!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Diane of Iowa</description>
