Okay, I had to take it down. I can’t justify the bandwidth.
This post was a reprint of a comment I received that was literally 20 pages long.
If anyone really wants to read it, I’ll email you a copy.
My head is still spinning!

The federal government needs a new law.
Outlawing computer use among fundies.
Seriously, I can’t believe the stupidity I read, online, every day.
“Parents pull children and homeschool because of ‘gender bender’ day”. The story is about an extra curricular activity in regards to homecoming that has to do with boys dressing as girls, and girls dressing as boys. Good fucking grief. Grow a brain please. The idiots who are complaining didn’t even read the original article, they read an EMAIL that quotes my good friend World Net Daily. And of course, every time a fundy gets one of those “important” emails, they immediately stop homeschooling (because they all homeschool), forward the email to every single person they know, and spam post it on every message board in existence. Oh, and they blog about it too.
Massachusetts is thinking of outlawing spanking. Good for them. Add that to the gay marriage law, and you have the most forward thinking state in the union. The only state that wants to join the rest of the world in 21st century thinking. Of course, predictably, the fundies are going nuts, because they have God’s permission to whip the shit out of their kids. I watched a news piece a few minutes ago, and it showed parents spanking their children (probably 25 clips throughout the story), and not ONE of those parents was spanking in any manner other than out of control anger. They were yanking kids up off the floor by one arm and just randomly hitting them all over, not an open hand on the bottom, not controlled, not calmly and lovingly. All the time the spank clips were playing (and this was my local, bland, really middle of the road news station, not national) some reporter was talking to the ‘man in the street’, all of them saying “hey, I was spanked, and I’m okay”. Oh please, you’re not okay. You have “abused inner child” written all over your face. A couple of fundies going on and on about how ill behaved and depraved today’s youth are, because they aren’t spanked enough. Really? Well, hello Mr. American - 19 European countries have banned corporal punishment outright and in every one of those countries, crime rates among youth are much lower than in the USA, where God fearin’ folk use the rod liberally.

But it’s winter, so I expect that. That’s not what this post is about.
I found something in my closet today. And of course, I had to lolcat it.
What is lolcat? Oh come on. It’s trendy and bloggy and you should know what it is.
It’s this, and this. And now it’s this:

and this:

and this:

Yeah, okay. I was bored today.
